This Privacy Policy explains how Dynamix Automation LLC ("we," "us," or "our") handles information when you use The Real Champions mobile application, website, and connected competition services.
Information we collect
Depending on how you use The Real Champions, we may collect:
- Account and contact information, such as first and last name, display name or alias, email address, and phone number.
- Profile information, such as an avatar or profile photo, biography, and optional social-media profile information that you choose to provide.
- Game and competition information, such as player ID, scores, game history, hits, combos, game duration, league or division, rankings, and related verified game results.
- Authentication and technical information needed to sign in, maintain a session, operate the service, secure accounts, and communicate with our backend services.
- Information you submit through our website, such as your name, email address, inquiry type, subject, and message when you contact us.
How we use information
We use information to create and manage player accounts; authenticate users; display player profiles; generate player check-in information; record and verify game results; calculate scores, leagues, rankings, and leaderboards; provide game history; operate and improve the service; respond to support requests; and help protect the integrity and security of the platform.
Public profile and leaderboard information
Certain competition information is intended to be visible to other users, including a player's display name, league or division, ranking, and qualifying score information. Optional social profile information is private by default and is displayed publicly only when the player chooses the applicable visibility setting. Private account details such as an email address and phone number are not intended for the public leaderboard.
How information is stored and processed
The Real Champions uses service providers, including backend hosting and authentication infrastructure, to operate the app and store or process information on our behalf. We may disclose information to service providers as necessary to provide, secure, maintain, and support the service. We do not sell personal information.
Data retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain competition and game records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the service. Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information and why it is maintained.
Account and data deletion
You may request deletion of your The Real Champions account and associated personal information through our account deletion page or by contacting us at trcinfo@therealchampions.com. Please use the email address associated with your account so we can verify the request. Some records may be retained where reasonably necessary for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or competition-integrity purposes.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures designed to protect information. No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children's privacy
The Real Champions is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that such information has been collected, we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
Your choices
You may choose whether to provide optional profile and social information and whether supported social profile information is publicly visible. You may also contact us regarding access, correction, or deletion of your personal information.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as the service changes. We will post the updated policy on this page and revise the effective date when appropriate.
